Tasks Tasks: You control and monitor the tasks of the nursing process coordinators in the areas of transfer, elevation, reception, medication and risk management You are also responsible for the selection of new residents in cooperation with the EL/PDL You delve tasks and responsibilities to downstream employees You write schedules and annual holiday plans in consultation with employees You take responsibility for care and care processes in cooperation with the PDL
