Project Management Assistant - Energy Networks and Infrastructure (m/f/d)

You control the commercial processes of our network and infrastructure projects from commissioning to project completion You set up SAP assignments, accompany them throughout the entire project period and keeps costs, budgets and project stands in sight You make sure that project costs, material flows and progress in our systems are documented up-to-date and comprehensible You analyse cost developments, recognize deviations early and identify robust forecasts for ongoing projects You check invoices based on agreed services and accompany the release processes You support in tenders and orders for civil engineering, assembly and services as well as materials You accompany claims and claims from a commercial perspective and ensure transparency in their economic assessment Together with Purchasing, Controlling and Technical Areas, you will ensure that budgets, provisions and forecasts are available at any time reliably

You have successfully completed a commercial training and have developed yourself, for example, as a specialist, businessman or in a comparable qualification. You have a good understanding of commercial relationships and are happy to work with figures, costs and budgets Ideally, you already have experience in the project environment, for example in energy supply, construction, industry or infrastructure Dealing with SAP or comparable ERP systems is familiar to you You can understand technical connections or you are interested in working in the world of energy and infrastructure projects You work independently, structured and keep track of multiple projects You can communicate clearly, bindingly and work with different disciplines
