All tasks of the lower forest authority in the field of forest management - e.g.: opinions TÖB, opinion/examination/addition for permanent or fixed-term forest changes incl. Monitoring of the necessary countervailing measures, granting forest law, permits for organised events in the forest, the adoption of forest-supervised arrangements, the arrangement of forest-protection measures, approvals/representations with regard to forest divisions requested, assessments/oppositions after ASA in the case of land sales All jurisdictions of the Lower Hunting Authority (submitted directly to the department manager) - e.g.: Main responsibility for hunting licences / hunting licences and related legal issues, preparation of meetings of the lower Hunting Authority, review and approval of statutes of the Hunting Cooperatives, supervision of hunting cooperatives, review and confirmation of hunting leases, examination and confirmation of shooting plans, employment for forestry expert reports Deputy Head of Property for the Forest Centre
