• Collection and analysis of technical indicators for the assessment of the plant condition and derivation and implementation of Optimization measures

• planning and implementing technical improvements and structural changes to machinery and equipment

• Coordination and organization of maintenance and maintenance, including cooperation with external service providers

• independent control and implementation of projects for process and efficiency increase

• participation in team and deployment planning, including Layer and absence management

• Identification and analysis of disturbances to optimize Plant performance and reduction of downtime

• Installation, installation and retrofitting of systems to improve production efficiency

• Leading role in the TPM team for sustainable process improvement
