Self-responsible planning of a complete network or subnetwork: You develop and plan annual schedules for regular, replacement and special traffic. Direct influence on offer and operating concept: You plan economic circulation, storage and operating concepts You develop long-term construction sites and replacement traffic concepts for their successful implementation. You apply for routes and infrastructure services at infrastructure companies and take over the associated contract management. You analyze existing timetables and develop optimizations in terms of operating quality, cost-effectiveness and carbon reduction. You're puggling and managing schedule, real-time and operating data and providing them for internal evaluations. You work closely with control center, personnel disposition, traction, passenger service as well as other departments. You represent the interests of transport planning towards infrastructure companies and other external partners. You actively contribute to the development of processes, standards and digital solutions. You support colleagues in onboarding and pass on your expertise in the team.

You have completed your studies in the field of transport planning, transport, logistics, transport or a comparable field of expertise. Alternatively, you have a successfully completed training, for example as a railway operator in the service (EiB), merchant for transport service or a comparable qualification with corresponding professional experience. You have several years of professional experience in the transport planning of a railway or public transport company. Ideally, you have already developed timetables, conversions or replacement concepts independently. You know the relevant railway regulations and operational connections in railway transport. The safe handling of MS Office as well as expectations with IVU.rail are your everyday life; Experiences with DB's track management are advantageous. You work analytically, structured and solution-oriented and keep an overview even in complex situations. You convince by your own initiative, sense of responsibility, communication strength and team spirit. Your residence is ideally located in the Hanover, Hamburg or Uelzen area.
