Our goal is to optimize the business processes in sales and thus optimally support our customers. Together with our global partners, we are currently building a new CRM system for the European market. We work in a cross-functional team from IT and Sales. Mercedes-Benz aims to increase the digitalization of all interactions in the customer life cycle.
