Working Student QHSE (m/f/d)

Your tasks As a working student (w/m/d) in QHSE with a focus on occupational safety, you support our team in new projects relating to quality management, energy management, occupational safety and environmental management. Among other things, you are working on the implementation and further development of QHSE processes and standards. Your tasks include care and continuous development of our energy and quality management as well as sustainability within our business unit. A special focus of your activity is on supporting our safety initiative and monitoring and maintenance of occupational safety reporting systems. In addition, you support the preparation, planning and implementation of internal audits. You take over the production and evaluation of statistics, reports and key figures of our department and participate in the maintenance and updating of management systems and documentation. You will also participate in risk assessments and security documentation and assist in the analysis of incidents and the derivation of appropriate improvement measures. Your catchment area includes exciting topics from port logistics, railway logistics and inland navigation, giving you valuable insights into various areas of transport and logistics. Your task is rounded off by general administrative activities and the support of the entire QHSE team in daily business.

Your profile You are currently studying security, security technology, energy management, risk prevention, quality management or a comparable degree program. Ideally, you have already gained first practical experience in energy and quality management as well as in dealing with sustainability issues. You are interested in topics related to quality, health, safety and the environment, and you will explore projects and reporting topics with commitment, initiative and enthusiasm. In addition, you are convinced by a structured, independent and careful way of working as well as by a high degree of numerical affinity and organizational ability. Safe handling of MS Office applications - especially Excel and PowerPoint is assumed. Communication strength, team capacity and a safe occurrence are also distinguishing you. Very good knowledge of German (min. B2) and good knowledge of English in word and writing complete your profile.
