The Federal Real Estate Agency (BImA) is the real estate service provider of the federal government, which supports the real estate policy objectives of the federal government and provides the necessary areas and buildings for almost all federal authorities. Accordingly, we are represented throughout Germany with over 7,000 employees and take care of a very broad and colourful real estate portfolio as well as the ecological use and care of the federal nature areas. For these versatile and responsible tasks we are looking for innovative heads that think and act sustainably. Our Facility Management division builds, operates and manages a complex portfolio with exciting and versatile objects – from the ministries in Berlin and Bonn to federal courts and research institutes to the customs, federal police, Bundeswehr or Bundesanstalt Technisches Hilfswerk (THW). Covering the space and space requirements of federal services (users) Investigation and optimisation of procedures in exploration and procurement procedures (including BRH test reports) Execution of investigation procedures, in particular for Higher Federal Authorities and Authorities with special requirements, including the support of users: Search for and test suitable rental areas Specification of users:internal requirements on the specific object, in particular the need for structural measures Recoverable rental offers Setting up an economic comparison, taking into account § 7 BHO, as well as consulting the users: Examination of lease drafts including necessary negotiations, including all necessary and planned contracts (including construction descriptions) Completion of rental contracts in compliance with the rules for the authorising of the BImA Implementation of all process steps in close engagement and in coordination with users: Voting with the OMT responsible for the management of the completed rental contract with regard to the transfer of the contract Coordination of general queries and instructions of the Central Bank

Qualification: completed university education (Diplom [FH]/ Bachelor) with a focus on real estate or comparable qualification Competences: Basic knowledge of the state structure of the Federal Republic of Germany Basic knowledge of civil law, in particular the right to rent knowledge of the market situation and the actors acting on the real estate market (thus, after) very good IT users:internal knowledge for Microsoft Office, SAP skills are desirable Other: EC countries, economic and social cohesion General loadability and special loadability in time-critical work situations Team skills, social competence Secure and targeted communication skills in word and writing readiness to undergo a safety check in accordance with SÜG readiness and ability to initiate and maintain proactive market contacts The body requires a special capacity for the sensitive handling of, among other things, senior staff of federal services.
