Your duties

• reception and care of visitors and guests incl. Registration
• Adoption, processing and distribution of the delivered mail and mail
• Responsibility for the telephone center
• Support for reception and waiting area
• Support for internal staff inquiries

The job can be started as a mini-job or part-time!

• Ideally training, e.g. in the hotel compartment, gastronomy or Services
• Professional experience, ideally from the hotel industry (reception), as assistance or in office management
• Very good German knowledge
• English knowledge is advantageous
• Basic PC knowledge
