Controlling & Finance Officer (m/f/d)

Since 2005, the EFFEKT® Group has been advising small and medium-sized companies in an interdisciplinary manner in reducing liability, law, taxes and business management. We combine legal substance with practical implementation and work closely with managing directors, shareholders and owners. As part of our growth, we are looking for an experienced one at the next time or by agreement:

in full time (40 hours per week)

In this demanding role, you work closely as a Sparring partner with our commercial manager on the economic and tax coordination of our (inter)national companies.

Coordination of international companies (service contracts, cash flow) Auditing, evaluation and control of annual accounts and tax balances (including in the international environment) Creation and consolidation of BWA and cost center reports within the group Examination and compliance with tax compliance issues Creation of profitability assessments in various contexts Interface between finance and accounting

Multiannual professional experience in Finance, Controlling, Group Reporting, Corporate Control or Tax-related roles, ideally with business studies (primarily secondary) You have the ability and will to quickly adapt to changing or new requirements within the framework of projects and to provide you with legal and tax frameworks for this with a high degree of autonomy You perform tasks with a maximum degree of certainty. You can document it and make sure that all parties are at the relevant level. Plus points (no need): consolidation experience, international environment, basic tax knowledge, very good Excel/Reporting routine)
