We are currently looking for a controller (m/w/d) to support our team at our location in Munich. You want to work not only on numbers, but build structures, introduce new tools and actively contribute to the further development of our company-wide controlling?

As a controller(m/w/d), you take a key role in the design of our financial controller and are involved in all areas from the introduction of new tools to the establishment of a reporting structure. You work closely with our CFO and your other stakeholders, laying the foundations for building an efficient controlling.

Your daily to-dos mainly include the following activities: You completely rebuild our controlling function – from selecting suitable tools to reporting You are involved in creating budget planning, forecasts and deviation analyses You develop KPIs and corresponding dashboards to measure and control our corporate performance You are a savings partner for our management to create data-based decision-making You integrate DATEV data into a structured financial controlling You are undermining and optimising existing processes and do not satisfy yourself with a “we have always done this”

As our ideal candidate, you bring the following skills and competencies

You have well-founded controlling experience (3-5 years), at best in a start-up/scale up environment in the e-commerce or tech industry You have first knowledge of work with DATEV, in particular with regard to cost accounting and accounting You know yourself in Power BI and you know how to model data the easiest way, render it understandable and communicate clearly You are an absolute creator and like to build new structures Communication skills and a high number affinity characterize you
