Trainee Operations Financial Markets (m/f/d)

You will gain insights into our operational production processes around the portfolio of all capital market products. You develop a comprehensive understanding of our business and the requirements of our internal and external customers. Your perspective is the sustainability of our department: As an Ideaser:in you bring fresh impulses, identify optimization potentials and develop future-oriented processes together with our teams. You support us in the operation of the LBBW strategy. You support management and special tasks. These include change projects or innovative digitization and automation projects. You analyze our end-to-end processes, identify optimization potentials and develop concrete solutions together with our in-house consulting. You bring new ideas into implementation - for example by automation (straight-through processing approaches) as well as the use of AI, APIs and data analysis. In our AI team, you will participate in the strategic development of the area and the AI char of our employees. You hold the threads between the parties involved within the bank and our business partners and enrich the team with your helpful and collegial way.

A completed university degree (Bachelor/Master) and the interest in process management and process optimization form the basis for your entry. Ideally, you have already gained valuable knowledge in the field of process management and capital markets or in projects through internships or working student activities. You are safe in handling MS Office and digital communication media. Programming skills (e.g. Python, Access, Power BI) and an experienced approach to new technologies complete your profile. Challenges motivate you - with your structured and conceptual work You always have an overview and can quickly incorporate yourself into complex facts. You see changes as a chance, are creative and bring innovative strength to advance new developments with enthusiasm. At the same time, you take increasingly responsibility and actively shape. You appreciate the exchange with others and make a knowledge transfer within the LBBW. When it comes to it, you can also show enforcement. You convince with your secure communication in German and English and score with intercultural competence in international business partners.
