From the very beginning, I'm here when the demo system is in operation for the first time, and get to know its peculiarities. So I quickly know the typical fault images and eliminate mechanical disturbances. Mechanical maintenance at the plant: I wait, modify and repair reactors, pressure vessels, pumps, heat exchangers and auxiliary units. Small ad hoc repairs take over our operators. I take care of the complex mechanical cases and keep downtime low due to predictive maintenance. Controlling house technology: heating, ventilation, cooling, sanitation and the electronic locking system inspect, I wait and repair so that the location works smoothly. Hand in hand with the team: In case of malfunctions, rebuilds and optimizations, I agree closely with engineering and electrical engineering. Together we find the best solution. Workshop & Warehouse Building: I build the mechanical workshop and the spare parts warehouse and take responsibility for it. So the right part is there when it is needed.

I have a completed training as an industrial mechanic:in, plant mechanic:in HLS, Schlosser:in, mechatronic:in or a comparable qualification. Experience that counts: I have several years of professional experience in mechanical maintenance, ideally in plant engineering or in the process or chemical industry. Rotating components, piping systems, pumps and heat exchangers I know from practice, and also in building technology (heating, ventilation, sanitation). Cooler head with disturbances: I'm looking for mistakes systematically and independently, even if it needs to go fast. Technical drawings and flow pictures (P&ID) I read safely. Safety goes on: When working on reactors and pressure vessels, I always have a look at quality and safety. If something is unclear, I'd rather stop too much. Crafty all-round talent: I pack pragmatically, whether at the high-tech plant or at the classic facility management. Workshop and storage I organize structured. The good soul of the team: I am approachable, communicative and helpful. I like to work with others at eye level. I want to create something of my own instead of getting into finished structures.

Pioneering work & perspective: I think one of the first demo facilities for chemical recycling is running and I will help you shape your operation from the outset. Change: No day is like the other. I expect a mix of innovative process technology and classic home technology.
