Professional and disciplinary leadership of a team in mechanical production Ensuring a smooth production process with regard to quality, costs and dates Planning and control of personnel and machine capacities Implementation and further development of Lean, CS and 5S measures Monitoring quality standards and compliance with work, environmental and safety regulations Close cooperation with work preparation, quality assurance and maintenance Processing, training and further development of employees

Complete technical training in the field of metal/mechanics, ideally with further training to master, technician or engineer Multiannual professional experience in mechanical manufacturing First or multi-year leadership experience of advantage Structured, responsible and strong working methods High social competence, communication strength and team capacity
