Employee Order Management & Logistics Clearing, Plant Logistics (m/f/d)

Control, monitoring and prioritization of logistical orders for the timely material supply of production Active processing and clarification of critical, overdue or systemically blocked orders Analysis of order and booking chains in SAP R/3 and in the linked warehouse management system Identification of causes in the event of differences in stocks, bookings and orders and the initiation of appropriate clarification measures Monitoring time orders, residues and open order stocks and early escalation of threatening date deviations Implementation of inventory checks and support in the analysis of inventory differences Incoming goods, warehouse, picking, shipping and other internal interfaces Coordination of Clearing Cases between Operational Logistics, Client and Adjacent Areas Follow-up of open clarification cases until complete completion including comprehensible documentation Creation and maintenance of evaluations on residues, critical orders, inventory deviations and further operational indicators Support in the daily operational and priority management of the operational warehouse Recognizing recurring fault images and deriving measures for sustainable process improvement Support in the analysis of causes in the context of complaints and quality deviations Ensuring high data and booking quality within the systems used Close cooperation with executives and operational teams for the short-term solution of performance-critical issues Processing of customer requests (tickets) in the customer's own system

Complete vocational training or comparable qualification in the field of logistics, warehouse logistics or supply chain management Ideally experience in the areas of warehouse control, management, inventory management or warehouse management Advanced knowledge in SAP (ideally MM, WM or EWM) as well as experience with warehouse management systems Understanding logistics processes and inventory management Embossed analytical skills and a good understanding of booking and material flow logic Ability to systematically analyze and solve complex fault images in a sustainable manner Safe handling of Excel and larger amounts of data Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation good German skills
