Quotation and Order Manager (m/f/d)

You advise customers: competently and accompany them from the offer to the successful implementation of their advertising campaigns Start offerings, media planning and convincing presentations with MS Excel and PowerPoint and actively support our sales outside service You take over order processing, check bookings and arrange sales, sales solutions and other specialist areas for on-time and high-quality execution of our campaigns. You analyze campaign data, create reports and optimize potentials for future actions Together with your team, you will develop individual communication solutions for our customers: You optimise processes and interfaces, work with CRM and ERP systems and contribute to the continuous development of our workflows

You have a successfully completed commercial training as well as experience in the sales service, in media planning, order processing or a comparable position in a media company, publisher or agency You work safely with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, as well as ideally with CRM and ERP systems You organize several projects at the same time and keep dates, budgets and priorities at any time You have experience in creating media planning, offerings, reporting or campaign evaluations You communicate with customers, agencies and internal departments and work reliably in the team You bring very good knowledge of German in word and writing
