As Product Owner Jira & Confluence (m/w/d), you have the exciting opportunity to work significantly on the strategic and technical development of our collaboration tools. With automation solutions and scalable concepts, you will help shape the user experience of tomorrow, implement technical changes independently and be an interface between technology and users. You are responsible for the strategic development of our Jira and Confluence environment from product perspective – focusing on automation, scalability and innovation. You work closely with the departments and technical teams to record, prioritise and translate them into usable user stories. In addition, you will guide the migration of Jira and Confluence to an Atlassian SaaS solution and ensure a precise implementation of the requirements to ensure maximum user satisfaction. You identify opportunities for using AI, drive innovative AI applications and tune their introduction with the stakeholders. You stand for agile and transparent product development, coordinate technical changes and deployments and ensure their smooth running. In addition, you are a central interface between business and development service providers, as well as professional users, ensuring a clear and efficient communication of all stakeholders. You use KPI-based monitoring mechanisms to measure the success and quality of your product areas.

Complete university studies of (economic) informatics, business or comparable qualifications Multiannual experience as Product Owner or in comparable agile roles Knowledge of agile methods and frameworks (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) Experience with Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence, ideally in product or request control Understanding technical relationships, including automation and integration, as well as openness to technical issues Knowledge of ITIL-based processes is advantageous A strong communication strength, team spirit and enthusiasm for the design of innovative products and working methods A working method characterized by partnership, appreciation and enthusiasm and team spirit We also welcome diverse educational backgrounds and work experiences.
