Independent legal advice from HR, executives and management in all individual and collective labour matters Process representation and strategic management of termination protection procedures and labour court disputes Legal accompaniment and negotiation in agreement and personnel council proceedings Legally sound design of complex personnel measures (sales, restructuring, separations, disciplinary measures) Consultation and interpretation of collective agreements (TVöD) and civil matters in the public sector Development, testing and further development of labour law standards, contracts and internal guidelines

Multiannual in-house experience in labour law or relevant law firm practice with a clear focus on labour law Experience gained in termination processes and collective labour law, ideally related to TVöD or public service Sovereign occurrence vis-à-vis executives, staff council and external parties Ability to convey complex legal situations clearly, precisely and pragmatically solution-oriented High independence, strategic thinking and willingness to take responsibility in conflict-affected situations
