Preparation/qualification

• completed training as a spanning mechanic (or art-related)
• reliable knowledge of CNC programming (Siemens-Sinumerik 840/828)
• Knowledge of programming with CAD/CAM system (Solidworks/Solidcam) desired
• Experience in the independent installation of CNC machines
• technical understanding and careful working
• Reliability and team capability

Your tasks are

• program CNC machines (turning/milling)
• independent setup, ruts and operation of CNC machines
• Manufacturing of components according to drawing
• Monitoring quality and dimensional accuracy
• Maintenance and maintenance of machines, tools and devices
• Working with the organization of workflows
• Compliance with work safety and order
