Creation and processing of content for different communication channels and material for training and workshops

Conducting research and analysis to collect relevant information for Communication & Change

Support of the Project Managament Office and coordination of global meetings and workshops

Support in the implementation of change initiatives, collection of feedback and monitoring of progress

We are looking for you from 01.09.2026 or the winter semester 2026/27: Current study in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Communication or comparable and at best to support six months of time

First insights into project and change management, instructional design and theories of adult education desirable

Analytical and interpersonal skills, as well as task management, priority setting and compliance with deadlines

Ability to create attractive and clear communication materials for different target groups

Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
