IT Infrastructure & Security Architect (w/m/d)

We are looking for an IT Infrastructure & Security Architect (w/m/d) for our growing group of companies in Berlin.

In this position, you accompany the migration to the cloud, shape the further development of our IT infrastructure and participate in the introduction of modern security and identity solutions.

Your tasks: Responsible planning and operational implementation of the cloud migration

Introduction and central management of a modern identity and access management solution by implementing and configuring Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)

Harmonisation and strategic realignment of the network infrastructure through the use of cloud-managed solutions to optimise security and efficiency

Consolidation and structured decommissioning of decentralised systems such as local Active Directories, Fileserver and Mailserver as part of IT-modernisation

Active cooperation in the design and implementation of zero-trust architectures including technical protection through conditional access and multi-factor authentication

Participation in the development of standardized migration concepts, target architectures and technical guidelines for standardizing the IT system landscape

Your starting conditions: Multiannual experience in implementing cloud migrations, ideally in the Group or Holding environment

Funded knowledge in Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online) and in Azure/Entra ID and modern IAM solutions (SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, PIM)

Experience in designing and implementing cloud-based network infrastructures (e.g. Cisco Meraki, Aruba) and secure IT architectures according to Zero Trust principles

Trusts with IT security standards and GDPR compliant identity and access management

Ability to analyze complex IT landscapes and transfer them to standardized cloud structures

Structured, self-sponsored operation with high communication and communication skills and a high readiness to travel

German knowledge at C2 level and knowledge of English
