The Information and Technology Services department manages and organises all DKMS IT services worldwide. To enable as many people as possible a second chance of life, digitization is of central importance and IT is the key to success. The Enterprise Architecture Management team is a key driver of digital transformation and forms the strategic and operational interface between the departments and IT. The team includes the topics EAM, comprehensive program management of digital transformation and IT project portfolio management. In addition, a central task of the team is to advise and support the departments in the selection and introduction of new software solutions - the IT Consulting. For the support of the Enterprise Architecture Management team in the field of IT Consulting at Tübingen or Cologne, we are now looking for a (Senior) IT Consultant in full time and indefinitely.

You advise and support our departments in the search and selection of new IT solutions and service providers You guide Requirement Engineering workshops together with the specialist areas for identifying needs You plan and run through decision-making bodies to finalize the software selection projects You advise our departments on our existing IT portfolio and recognize proactive technical needs or optimization potentials You act as an interface between departments, IT and other stakeholders such as data protection, legal and IT security to successfully implement the software selection projects You take over the management of IT (partial) projects in the selection and introduction of software solutions You deal with new technologies and trends and recognise potential potentials for our departments

You have a university degree e.g. in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Economics or a comparable qualification You have at least 3 years relevant professional experience, e.g. as Business Relationship Manager:in, IT Business Consultant, Customer Account Manager:in, Requirements Engineer, IT Project Manager:in or as IT Service Manager:in You have a strong customer-oriented behavior as well as enforcement and persuasion You have a strong diplomatic skill, very good conflict resolution skills and convince with intercultural communication skills You have a very good analytical understanding and conception strength You speak German (min. C1) and have very good English skills
