Technical leadership of the team, further training of team members, capacity planning Guided development of electromechanical assemblies and cable routing in vehicles with appointment and budget control at team level Management of subcontractors in the external allocation of development services Design and evaluation of electromechanical assemblies in the vehicle sector during the offer phase Examination and approval of work results of team members and subcontractors Approval of the drawing sets of development contracts for procurement and production Development of technical guidelines Monitoring the further development of manufacturing technologies Technical support of dual students in the team during the training

Successfully completed studies in the field of mechanics, mechatronics or comparable Multiannual professional experience in electromechanical construction Detailed knowledge in the field of construction of electromechanical assemblies in the vehicle sector Experience with military requirements and standards CAD knowledge in particular Siemens NX Experience in the field of requirement management and application of DOORS Standing for occasional missions Good English knowledge of word and writing
