Your tasks – we will inspire you The classic contact routes aren't enough to advise your client in case closing? And the whole digital? Then come to our new videocubes! Answer questions about all concerns of our customers: from account management (e.g. online banking) to taxes, transactions, complaints, release orders, credit cards to the fidelity world. You gain your customers in a rhetorically skillful manner: for standardised savings banks and composite products and services and also for sales-related marketing measures. Impress with your expertise on the securities order, payment orders and contract facilities when you call legitimate customers. Use your sense of undetected sales potential and guide your customers to individual customer advisors at a suitable location. You have fun convincing your customers about the advantages of the Digital Sparkassenwelt and accompanying them on the way. You dare to take your first responsibility as a multiplier and bring your colleagues up to date on trend topics.
