You are in charge of a motivated team of up to 10 colleagues in the late shift from Monday to Friday, 13 to 9 pm in our envelope camp. They optimize processes and implement efficient workflows to continuously increase the performance of the team. The incorporation of new employees is in your responsibility, and you actively support their integration into the team. They design the personnel input for effective layer planning and ensure the smooth removal and loading of bulk material by means of mobile data acquisition devices (MDE) and industrial trucks. They ensure the timely transfer of the shipments to the warehouses and pay attention to compliance with the ADR requirements and the securing of goods to our charging units. In addition, you are responsible for the optimal use of storage space and storage space, minimise the service life of the goods and ensure compliance with quality requirements.

You have completed vocational training as a specialist warehouse (m/w/d), specialist in warehouse logistics (m/w/d) or have comparable professional experience in a forwarding and practical knowledge in the handling camp. Ideally, you bring first leadership experience. They have experience in handling industrial trucks, in particular quick-runners. They have good knowledge of German in word and writing. Their work is independent and structured. They are characterized by high loadability as well as pronounced motivation and communication skills.
