Technical guidance and instruction of personnel in turning technology and composite production in shift operation Ensuring manufacturing processes in relation to employees, machines and materials Staff deployment planning and coordination Teaching and learning of new employees Ensuring production quality Technical support of production managers Monitoring and ensuring order and cleanliness (5-S principle) Observation/concrete implementation of safety-related instructions Active cooperation in CNC manufacturing and support in improvement processes (KVP)

Completion of a 3-year vocational training Multiannual professional experience in production Very good knowledge in programming and setting up CNC machines Ready for shift work (3-shift) Ability to guide and motivate employees Basic business knowledge Knowledge of computer systems (SAP, MS Outlook and MS Office)
