Legal Officer (m/f/d)

You inform and advise our member companies and founders of the existence of legal and fiscal matters, in particular in the fields of commercial and corporate law, as well as commercial, tax and labour law. You plan information events on the above topics and conduct them. You develop opinions on draft laws, coordinate specialist committees and participate in specialist bodies at national and federal levels. You advise our specialist areas on legal issues, create and examine contracts and process internal conflict procedures.

You have successfully completed the study of law with second state exams and focal points in the fields of tax, economic or economic administration and have relevant professional experiences ideally in chamber or association. You have a strong legal application and consulting competence as well as a well-founded knowledge in commercial, corporate and administrative law. You have very good written and oral communication skills, a safe occurrence, negotiation skills and an independent, structured way of working, You are a team player, appreciate the variety of tasks and are more secure in handling new media and have good knowledge in MS Office programs.
