As a welder (m/w/d) in Dillenburg, you work on precise connections and ensure that components are processed reliably and cleanly. The focus is on careful welding, a precise look for quality and a structured workflow.

• You prepare components for the welding process and provide clean, matching workpieces.
• Welding of metal parts also includes an accurate alignment and secure connection of the components.
• The visual inspection of the finished seams and the control of the quality are also your everyday work.
• Depending on the application, you support the post-processing so that the parts reach the required fit and surface.
• In the production environment, you work reliably according to requirements and pay attention to a proper, efficient process.
• With your careful work, you contribute to the fact that the finished components can be processed on time.

We are looking for

A reliable profile with first practical experience in welding or with the willingness to work quickly and cleanly into this task is sought. Care, technical understanding and joy in craftsmanship are important.

• First experience in welding or in a metalworking working environment is advantageous.
• Safe handling of tools, components and workflows facilitates entry.
• You work exactly, concentrates and keeps the quality in mind even in repeating activities.
• Working time: after deployment planning in a structured production environment.
• Layer models: use in shift operation or according to operational requirements.
