Business Economist / Assistant to the Managing Director (m/f/d)

In this versatile position, you support the management of organisational and co-ordinative leadership. A warm and competent 30-person management team awaits you, which lives the service idea for our customers, markets and suppliers. Here, all ensure that information, tasks and processes are reliably combined.

Management support:

-You support various projects and innovations, optimize administrative processes and are responsible for time and document management

• You are responsible for the preparation of evaluations, presentations, decision-making positions and are the communication interface for administration, control consultancy and external partners

Financial accounting & accounting:

• You represent the area management, e.g. in payments and assist in process optimization
• You keep an overview of open items, dunning, contracts, loans and work with preparatory annual financial statements

Goods management:

• You are responsible for ensuring a smooth path of information between market and administration
• Your tasks include sampling and understanding of goods inputs and documentation
• You support optimizations in the goods management system

Personnel management/training:

• You bring the willingness to acquire knowledge of wage accounting
• You support administrative HR processes as well as projects, work with training processes and provide relevant information to the HR team

Marketing & Communication:

• You support social media, website texts, advertising media and interact with internal and external communication

Your profile: Experience in management or active cooperation in one or more of the mentioned areas Interest in management activities Studies in the field of business administration or completed commercial training Very good organizational and communication skills and strong in the networking of our individual departments in administration Structural precise operation Responsible, reliable, team-oriented Safe in handling MS Office and ERP systems (Optional) Knowledge of the EDEKA World
