As Head of Operations, you are responsible for about 150 employees of a production site and report directly to the Management Board. As Head of Operations, you are responsible for about 150 employees in the fields of production, industrial engineering, order handling, purchasing, quality, operational excellence and logistics. You optimize processes with the aim of ensuring a slim, efficient and error-free production. You report directly to the board. You think and act in customer requirements and maximize operational profitability. In addition, you are responsible for compliance, HSE and integrity, working closely with the leadership team to ensure sustainable and successful location development. You define the operating strategy in line with overarching corporate objectives and compliance with KPI's (especially in the areas of security, quality, delivery performance, inventory management and productivity). In addition to the operational management of the plant at the Leipzig site, its responsibility includes ensuring the achievement of targets in terms of security, quality, timeliness, productivity and cost reduction through continuous process improvement and optimization of the operating management systems, as well as budget and financial responsibility, including the creation and compliance of CapEx and OpEx plans, the control of operating cash flow and compliance with financial KPI's (including project costs, efficiency and efficiency). You build a powerful team through targeted talent promotion, performance assessment and continuous development and develop it within the organization. You work closely with other departments of the business unit at the site.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related subject with well-founded experience in production and operation At least 5 years of operational experience and advanced management experience (ideally in the management of production sites) Ready-to-use knowledge in Lean Manufacturing and Lean Organisation, ideally in a small series production with high variance and technical complexity Impressed skills in change management, process optimization and talent management Good knowledge of German and English
