Consultant for Occupational Health Management (m/f/d)

As a consultant (m/w/d) for occupational health management, you are responsible for the further development, development, planning and control of a sustainable BGM's in coordination with HR and the occupational physician, in parttime at 20 hours working week Your main tasks include the development and control of (target-specific) internal campaigns, workshops and training to raise health awareness, increase visibility of healthcare offerings and promote a health-supporting corporate culture You create health-related content for internal and external marketing of health management as part of the employer's brand to address and attract skilled workers You are responsible for the organisation and moderation of health workshops, health days in operation, digital formats and similar Their task is to develop and develop the BGM in the field of 'Psychical Health'. In addition, you support the implementation of a health-oriented leadership style (“health guide”) as well as the awareness of employee health issues You are contact persons for executives and employees at Definiton's leading measures to reduce existing workplace health impacts The development of higher-level health objectives in cooperation with relevant stakeholders of the company is in your hands In your function, you are responsible for the independent analysis, aucoloration, evaluation and reporting of occupational health data (e.g., absenteeism, sick status) and the derivation of appropriate measures The quantitative and qualitative evaluation of the measures and actions carried out (e.g. participation rates, health indicators, feedback) completes your activity

You have completed your studies in the field of health management, communication management, economic psychology or a comparable discipline You have sound knowledge and multiannual experience in occupational health management Experiences in Proiect and Event Management are a plus You bring very good knowledge of target group-specific treatment of health topics with Their work is independent, structured and solution-oriented and You are ready for travel activities You are characterized by a pronounced communicative competence, team capacity, trustworthiness, discretion and empathy Existing coaching or professional experiences are advantageous You bring the ability to understand entrepreneurship and to combine it with a health-oriented approach A sovereign handling of sensitive data and high analytical capability as well as empathy for the needs of the employees are ideal An independent, structured and solution-oriented procedure completes your profile
