We are looking for support for our team in the field of performance accounting in the KIRINUS training ambulance. The training ambulance is part of the KIRINUS CIP Academy - Germany's largest training institute for psychothrerapy. In our training ambulance, psychotherapists conduct in training outpatient psychotherapy.

As an employee:in (m/w/d) in the billing you support our previous billing team and perform the quarterly billing of our training outpatient. You are also important contact persons for our training therapists with regard to: Questions about the calculation of psychotherapeutic performance according to EBM catalogue.

Accounting: Maintenance of billing-relevant data in our billing program Psyprax, implementation of quarterly accounting Administration: Telephone and written contact with service providers as well as cost providers Knowledge Transfer: Active care of our training therapists regarding issues of billing, EBM numbers, etc., as well as regular implementation of user training of our billing program for new training candidates Controlling: preparation of quarterly statistics for ambulance management and management, regular exchange with the internal financial department Development: Depending on the capacity, your own desire and skills, other tasks can be added in the longer term, for example in the design of processes or projects, your main activity
