You process procurement procedures according to requirements, take the time monitoring, part number keying and the evaluation of data You correspond with our supplier: You are responsible for the collection and maintenance of new supplier contacts You support complaint processing and support our product data You are responsible for our reception, taking external calls, visitors: inside and service providers: register and receive, organize our vehicle pool and are responsible for the room reservation

You have completed vocational training, preferably in the commercial sector At best you bring first professional experience in the commercial sector of one year, but are also welcome when you bring many years of professional experience You have good knowledge of English that will enable you to communicate with the supplier:in word and writing You have good MS Office knowledge You organize your daily work independently through your careful and concentrated work You bring fresh wind into our dynamic team with your open and friendly way
