take a visible leadership role in a leading management team and communicate with production and development leaders, managing directors of external specialist planners and service providers as well as the SBI Real Estate Management at eye level.

for all SMT projects in new and remodeling as well as for machine connections, the factory design and the building technical requirements in interdisciplinary teams with developers, engineers and plant manufacturers are well-founded and, together with SMT-D, SMT-O, SMT-R experts, set the right technical guidelines.

review the technical building concepts, request standardization, question over-specification critically, create digital media balances (in FABRIS), make use of benchmarks as well as expertly sound cost-benefit economic considerations regarding flexibility and construction costs.

a successfully completed technical university degree with a focus on mechanical engineering, engineering, construction and utility, ideally with additional commercial qualification

at least 5 years of professional experience, ideally 3 years of staff management and experience in the professional responsibility of large projects with high management visibility.

very well-founded expertise in building infrastructure, building automation and technical installation of clean rooms
