The training usually takes three years. With us you can reduce your training to 2.5 years. During this time you will be trained in various departments. You will get to know all the backgrounds from the insurance application, the contract management and the service management in the area of private health and care insurance. In addition, you will gain insights into areas such as product management, accounting, input management and many other exciting areas of expertise.

You learn to understand and implement commercial processes You gain insights into private health and care insurance, especially in our insurance products and conditions You are working independently on the complex concerns of our members and business partners You check and process the individual health and care insurance claims You conduct written and oral correspondence with members and business partners

You have attained the professional school or your school or are on the best way to go. You want to combine practice and theory instead of studying You have good oral and written expressions You have a careful, conscientious and independent way of working You like to work in the team and actively contribute with your own ideas You are positive about changes and are flexible
