Together with your team, you are responsible for the correct and timely pay bill with all related tasks for MLP and certain subsidiaries. Thanks to your expertise, you are a competent contact person for all issues relating to Payroll as well as billing related services. You bring passion for pay and salary billing, are versed in dealing with billing software and like to take responsibility? Charge billing & process control: You are responsible for the monthly billing with SAP HCM, plan and coordinate the respective billing year including special topics such as the SAP patches and the legal innovations and control the relevant processes Project coordination: You take over the management and coordination of payroll projects, keep an overview of project stands and milestones, and recognise the impact on day-to-day business as well as technical relationships Special responsibility: You meet well-founded decisions on tax and social insurance issues, using your knowledge and keeping this self-initiative at the current level. You can judge complex facts and prepare them professionally – supported by your team, which is operationally deeply anchored in the daily business Interface management: You coordinate the cooperation with internal areas as well as external service providers on charge-relevant interfaces, IT topics and projects Team management & communication: You guide a team of 9 people, promote their further development and are a contact person for employees as well as external bodies in case of billing-relevant questions

Qualification: You have a completed commercial training or a comparable qualification as well as several years of experience in the pay bill. A high quality awareness and discretion in handling sensitive data are of course for you Experience: Ideally you bring an additional qualification in the area of pay billing. First leadership experience is desirable Knowledge: Finding knowledge of the right to pay tax and social security is what distinguishes you. In addition, you have a good technical understanding and an affinity for IT topics, especially in the context of billing systems and interfaces Billing Tools: You have experience with a current billing software, ideally SAP HCM Features: You work independently, structured and targeted.
