The Corporate Finance department is responsible for the acquisition, structuring and implementation of tailor-made financing solutions (consortial, acquisition, succession and mezzanine financing), which are developed in close cooperation with the main management of the company's customer consulting and the market success. An essential part of the projects will include the segment of real estate customers.

Your tasks – we will inspire you

You independently develop individual financing concepts, develop further sales approaches – including with the involvement of potential consortia and public funding institutions – and develop the networks of Sparkasse KölnBonn. You are responsible for all activities in the consortial business, conduct consortia as a consortium leader and represent Sparkasse KölnBonn in the external relationship with customers and consortia partners. The comprehensive analysis of financing concepts, economic documentation, evaluation and modelling of evaluation and financing issues as well as sensitivity analyses are also part of your task. You are responsible for controlling the interfaces between the consultants, the market sequence and the material processing and take responsibility for the syndication processes. In addition, you plan and negotiate Term-Sheets as well as credit and consortial contracts in coordination with customers, financing partners and lawyers. You identify potential customers, acquire new customers, expand and actively develop existing networks and contribute together with us to further expand the strategic business area.

Your profile – this is how you inspire us

You are a business economist, have successfully completed an economic study or have a comparable qualification. You have several years of experience in the high level of corporate customer consulting, in particular distinct competencies in the field of consortial financing. You have well-founded knowledge in commercial credit business and in particular experience in asset class real estate. You have well-founded knowledge in the analysis of business models, complex financing concepts, business documents and the development of financing structures.
