You set up IT devices (PC, notebook, tablet, smartphone) and wait for them including remote maintenance and local support. You support the GASCADE Service Desk when accepting IT events via various entrance channels and you start, process and track tickets in the ticket system. You advise users on the possibilities of using IT systems and devices as well as on current service products. You're puggling IT assets in the workspace management system. You enter the GASCADE Intranet including image and video editing. You provide technical support for the departments.
You complete a degree in the field of (economic) informatics, economic engineering or in a comparable course of study. You have the pleasure of communicating with users, can explain IT topics in a comprehensible way, are reliable and responsible and will be happy to work with new IT solutions.
