Head of Department Test Bench Center (m/f/d)

You take over the disciplinary and professional guidance of the test stand center for step switches (OA7) You are responsible for the high-quality, safe and timely execution of all test processes (test running, visual and electrical testing) as well as the handling of various measurement systems including their correct application, evaluation and further development You ensure compliance with all quality standards and continuous further development of the testing processes You plan, control and monitor the personnel and technical resources at the test stand center You are responsible for process stability, error analysis and sustainable process and product quality measures You drive the further development of the area in terms of efficiency enhancement, cost optimization and personnel development – using modern lean methods

You have completed training for technicians mechatronics, industrial masters or a comparable qualification You have well-founded expertise in step-switching and testing electromechanical components and test systems You bring multi-year leadership experience in assembly, production and production You are a strong communication personality with a strong ability to motivate employees, define clear goals and inspire your team for improvements and new ideas You have good skills in error analysis You have a high quality awareness, can safely manage complex technical issues and bring very good IT skills (MS-Office, SAP-PP), test connection with You have good English skills in word and writing
