We are looking for you as Cabin Design Engineer (m/w/d) in full time at the next time.

Adaptation and structural design of cabin and interior equipment for special aircraft Implementation of calculations and production of proofs for interior components and their connection to primary and secondary aircraft structures performing FEM simulations on metallic and sandwich components (e.g. by means of ANSYS) Elaboration of technical documentation in accordance with EASA Part 21J Construction of 3D models (preferably with SolidWorks) and management of data in the PLM system (e.g. PTC Windchill) Conception of test setups and close coordination with on-site support as well as relevant specialist areas

Completed university studies (Master/Dipl.-Ing.) in aerospace, aircraft construction, mechanical engineering or a comparable field Multiannual practical experience in aircraft construction Knowledge of technical mechanics Experience in the 3D construction (ideally with SolidWorks) Secure handling of PLM systems (e.g. PTC Windchill) knowledge of FEM modelling and analysis (e.g. ANSYS) including the preparation of technical evidence First contact points with CFD simulations or vibration analyses of advantage Good knowledge of English
