Your tasks:

• Coordination and distribution of project-relevant information between Engineering, Departments and Project
• Management and preparation of project-related meetings and reporting all engineering work packages
• Support for interface partners and cooperation in cross-functional working groups
• Coordination of deviations, prioritization of event conflicts and deriving corrective measures
• Plausibility of content and costing of work packages
• Optimization of processes, lean initiatives and risk management in Engineering

Your profile:

• Complete technical studies or comparable qualifications
• Multiannual experience in machine and plant engineering, ideally in Marine shipbuilding, with knowledge of construction, interfaces and Processes
• Project management knowledge or experience (e.g. IPMA) of Advantages
• Strong communication, sovereign, enforceable and insurance
• Secure handling of MS Office and databases
• Commercial thinking, self-initiative and structured Procedure
• Good English knowledge of word and writing
