Lead Shopware Developer (AI-driven) (m/f/d)

Team building & technical leadership: You build the development department together with us, coordinate the developers and become a key technical contact in the team Techn. Responsibility & Architecture: You meet strategic architecture and technology decisions for our Shopware-6 & AI projects and ensure a sustainable, manageable code base. Full-Stack Shopware Development: You design and develop sophisticated B2B e-commerce solutions based on Shopware 6, backend and frontend. AI-based development: AI agencies, Claude Code and modern developer tools, of course, you use to work more efficiently and smarter. Consulting & design: You advise our customers individually, question critical requirements and develop solutions that make a real difference. System integration: You develop and integrate interfaces with third-party systems (ERP, PIM, Middleware, APIs) and ensure stable data flows. Mentoring & Culture: You pass on your knowledge, support colleagues in technical challenges and actively shape how we develop Sparring partner at eye level: You work closely with Project Manager:inside and other developers:inside, you are actively introducing your technical perspective into projects.

Experience: Multiannual experience in the development of web applications, ideally with Shopware 6 or in the e-commerce environment. Techn. Foundation: Very good knowledge of PHP, MySQL, HTML and Symfony as well as experience in frontend with Vue.js, and modern CSS frameworks. AI tools: Claude Code, AI agencies and modern AI Dev tools are an integral part of your everyday life. You know when, where and how You really help. Architecture understanding: You think in systems and understand how complex applications and integrations are built cleanly. API & Integrations: Experience with REST APIs, system connections and data models in e-commerce contexts. Quality claim: Version control (Git), testing and structured development are of course for you. Responsibility: You like to take responsibility, meet decisions, and want to actively shape a small department instead of only picking up tickets. Macher mentality: You recognize the need for action, actively promote themes and think beyond the pure implementation. Curiosity & further development: You stay at the heart of time, evaluate new technologies and introduce meaningful innovations into our projects. Communication: You can explain technical connections in a comprehensible way and feel safe in exchange with team and customers (German fluent, English of advantage).
