IT Administrator Specializing in MS365 and Modern Workplace (m/f/d)

You take the technical responsibility for the operation and further development of our modern workplace environment with Microsoft 365, Mobile Device Management and Endpoint Management. You manage Microsoft 365 and Entra ID in hybrid infrastructure and identity environments and provide a secure, reliable and sustainable platform. You analyze existing processes, develop standards and drive the automation of recurring tasks, especially with PowerShell. You are responsible for monitoring, patch management as well as safety and operating processes and ensure smooth operation. You document systems and changes, establish comprehensible business transfers and edit support and escalation topics structured. You work closely with internal departments and external service providers. You support our employees in the safe and efficient use of the Microsoft-365 environment and provide advice and design in IT projects.

You have several years of professional experience as an administrator and have profound experience in the operation and development of digital jobs or IT infrastructure environments. You bring very good knowledge to Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Mobile Device Management and Endpoint Management. You know hybrid infrastructure and identity environments and have experience with standardization, automation and PowerShell. You work structured and reliable and have experience with monitoring, patch management, documentation, operating handovers as well as security and support processes. You’re questioning existing processes constructively, identifying optimization potentials and implementing sustainable improvements independently. You take responsibility, work service- and business-oriented and communicate safely with different contact persons. You have a class B driver's license, are ready to take occasional trips to other branches and bring very good German and good English skills.
