Branch: Real estate and facility ma... Branch: Real estate and facility management

The German home administration is one of the largest, most fragmented service markets in Europe: around 9 million apartments, hardly digitized processes, at the same time massive demands from the energy transition, ESG and demographic change. Hardly an industry in which consolidation, digitalization and AI have so much leverage today. Emeria Germany has undertaken to become the clear number 1 of the German residential property management. With around 600 employees at 25 locations, we provide approx. 60.000 units under the Optima and R&M brands – complemented by subsidiaries such as Haferkamp and Kabero engineers. As part of the Emeria Group, the world's largest house manager with over 2.5 million units in eight countries, the blueprint is already on the table. Engine of this development is our buy-and-build strategy: Every year we take regional house administrations and run them on a common platform – with harmonised processes, uniform IT and our own AI Reemia. Every integration decides how quickly a leading national company becomes from many good managers. This is precisely where this newly created role begins. Whoever takes it, together with us, builds up the integration competence that carries our growth ambition. If you want to move something that will be visible in the coming years: this is your role. .
