The area of digitalization SCOS promotes and controls digital transformation and serves as a central coordination centre for digital projects. The focus is on improving communication and cooperation with internal and external partners, as well as developing and implementing a comprehensive digitalization strategy. Your tasks

• You are the first contact person for our specialist areas in questions about our digital cooperation model
• You support the development and optimization of the digital workplace, in particular by using Microsoft 365 and Google Workplace
• You analyze the requirements of the departments and develop tailor-made solutions for digital processes
• You moderate and accompany change management processes to ensure smooth transformation
• You act as an important interface between departments and IT
• You develop and run training and workshops to keep employees up-to-date and support them in the use of digital tools

Your profile

• You have a completed degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science or a comparable qualification
• You bring first professional experience or internships in the area of digitalization, change management or consulting. We would also like to give ambitious graduates (m/w/d) the opportunity to work on the topics
• You have a high IT affinity and ideally bring knowledge to Microsoft 365, Google Workplace and modern collaboration tools with
• You have pronounced communicative skills as well as a proactive, solution-oriented way of working and keep an overview even in challenging situations
• You can quickly and easily present complex facts
• You have fun supporting people in change processes and inspire you for new technologies and digital trends
