Activation, participation and consulting of residents, owners and companies (including housing and owner companies) as part of the reorganization measure to promote the acceptance of planned measures, including regular speaking hours on site Construction, development and maintenance of a network of local actors as well as coordination with the contact persons of the local client Networking and support actors from different groups of populations to promote integration and employment in the district Organisation, support and support of actions and events of urban development promotion and participation in regional and supra-regional public relations (Cuxhaven-Süderwisch project) Central contact point for citizens' requests for municipal construction measures as well as interface to the project team in case of concerns of property owners (e.g. modernisation and maintenance agreements) Conception and implementation of measures to strengthen coexistence in the district, in particular by promoting civic initiatives (e.g. room design, district festivals, cultural events) Acquisition of funding from national and international programmes and from the private sector to implement measures and events
