The focus of your task as a team leader credit consulting (m/w/d) is the management and monitoring of credit engagements with increased risk. They are responsible for the rehabilitation and settlement of problematic credits, accompany negotiations and implement appropriate risk mitigation measures. You act as a central contact person for internal and external stakeholders.

They lead and support a dedicated team with a focus on intensive care, rehabilitation and settlement As Teamleiter Kreditconsult (m/w/d) you take over the intensive care of the associated, increased risk-affected and remedied engagements They act as contact persons, negotiators and interlocutors for internal and external participants Examination of rehabilitation concepts as well as the establishment of necessary measures in an action plan and assessment of economic risks is one of your tasks They initiate and accompany judicial and extrajudicial measures for receivables and initiate enforcement measures

They have a successfully completed commercial training, e.g. as a bank businessman, bank saleswoman with further training to the savings bank business economist/bank business or studies (focus on finance, banking, BWL) or a comparable qualification You have relevant experience in the field of refurbishment and settlement or alternatively in commercial credit business (market success Active or credit consulting company customers) You convince with your team skills, communication strength and your safe occurrence They are characterized by an appreciation and professional handling of customers and colleagues Your strong analytical thinking and a solution-oriented way of working complete your profile
