Telephone and written support and communication with customers, suppliers and business partners Implementation of first visits on site including inventory and scale Creation of offers and calculations taking into account the calculated rates Installation and maintenance of projects and the collection and processing of customer orders in the system Examination of orders for completeness and accuracy as well as creation and dispatch of order confirmations Creation and maintenance of construction site folders and project-related documents Voting with business partners on order status, delivery times and delivery conditions Ensuring the timely procurement of materials and goods Creation of supplementary offers as well as support in the subsequent processing Determination and documentation of performance levels Implementation of quantitative determinations and dimensions as a basis for accounting and deferral Creating detailed project schedules and schedules taking into account the available resources Preparation and preparation of billing, partial and final accounts Creation, preparation and transmission of revision documents
