Internal Project Manager (m/f/d)

You take the technical and operational responsibility for our partner and customer portal (SAP Commerce Cloud) as well as the SAP Field Service Manager and ensure a stable, secure and efficient operation of the systems. You are responsible for the administration and continuous development of the applications, coordinate change requests and control their implementation together with the relevant specialist areas. You carry out technical requirements management and carry out requirements engineering – from recording, analysis and specification of technical and technical requirements to coordination with internal and external stakeholders. You plan, coordinate and document end-to-end tests, define test cases, accompany test executions and guide optimization measures to continuously improve systems. You are responsible for the user and authorization management for the partner and customer portal, manage user accounts and ensure efficient management of roles and access rights. You plan, control and accompany integration projects between different systems, develop interface and data flow concepts and coordinate their implementation. You act as a central interface between departments, IT and external partners and supports rollouts, communication measures, onboarding and support for our partners. You design and accompany training and onboarding measures to ensure a sustainable use and high acceptance of our systems. You actively contribute to the Idea Space of our partner and customer portal, evaluate and prioritise suggestions for improvement from partners and end customers and advance the continuous development of the platform.

You have several years of professional experience in application management, IT project management, requirements engineering or in a comparable position. You have experience in the support and development of digital platforms, portals or enterprise applications – ideally in the SAP environment. You will bring knowledge in request management as well as in the planning, execution and documentation of software tests. You have a good understanding of system integrations, interfaces and digital business processes. You work structured, independent and solution-oriented and convince by a pronounced service and quality orientation. You communicate safely with different stakeholders and understand how to understand, prioritise and implement technical requirements. Ideally, you have knowledge of the SAP Commerce Cloud, the SAP Field Service Manager or comparable enterprise systems. You speak German fluently and have good English skills.
