Working Student Learning, Development & Training (m/f/d)

In our team, you are actively working in the fields of education and learning, taking responsibility in our operational processes and gaining profound practical experience. The focus is on the following tasks: Education: In Recruiting, you will take the operational coordination of the HR process for commercial and commercial trainees – from the pre-selection of the applications according to defined criteria, the organisation of the selection procedures and the coordination of all process steps to the preparation of the contract. You work closely with the commercial and commercial trainers: inside to ensure a smooth process. Learning & Qualification: You plan and organize internal and external seminars and discuss their organizational implementation from preparation to post-processing. In addition, you will participate in our qualification planning and ensure proper documentation in the relevant systems. HR projects: You participate in digitalization initiatives, in particular in the field of seminar registration, and assist in the implementation of our internal employee survey.

The following qualifications and characteristics are particularly important for this role: You are currently studying with reference to personnel, psychology, economy or a related area. First practical HR experiences or commercial training are advantageous. You work structured, carefully and independently and keep track of multiple parallel tasks. Reliability and organizational strength characterize you. You communicate clearly, professionally and legally with applicants: both inside and inside, and bring a good sense of teamwork. You work routinely with digital tools like MS Office or are ready to work quickly into new applications. When using new technologies such as AI, you are looking at data protection and compliance. You will certainly communicate in German and also provide good English skills.
